Recruitment and mobilisation for Tengiz
Tengiz is one of the world's largest oil fields and the site of TCO's expansion projects. FSSA supplies field contractors with rotational staff: it recruits specialists, arranges medicals and training, processes permits and site passes and gets people to site.
There is no separate office at the field: the work is run by a coordinator and FSSA's head office in Atyrau. Before departure and between rotations, staff can stay in Atyrau at the group's APEC complex.
Who we recruit for Tengiz
Mechanics, engineers, supervisors, laboratory technicians, health and safety specialists, and trades — welders, fitters, insulators, slingers. Work at Tengiz is rotational, so recruitment is planned around the project's crew‑change schedule from the start.
