Accommodation
The Apec Hotel has 139 rooms in three buildings in the Standard Single, Standard Double and Junior Suite categories, plus the Comfort hostel. The facility can accommodate up to 1,200 people in total. The complex is located in Atyrau at 72B Zhangir Khan Avenue, 20 minutes from the international airport. Guests enjoy a free 24/7 reception, Wi-Fi, secure parking and daily cleaning; on site there is a minimarket, a coffee shop and sports grounds.
Catering
Catering is provided by Comfort Tour Premium LLP: a fixed 200-seat canteen, a team of 30 chefs, a menu that rotates weekly, and catering at the client's production sites. Mobile catering can serve up to 2,000 people. The catering is HACCP-certified, and the event catering is certified to ISO 22000‑2019. The team has experience feeding crews during turnarounds at NCOC and the Atyrau Refinery.
Offices, hangars and warehouses
APEC Business Park has more than 40 ready-to-use properties: office space in the business district, hangars, warehouses and production bases. Tenants have access to building maintenance and repairs, cleaning, a laundry and 24/7 security.
