Engineering

The engineering line of the FSSA Group covers construction work, project management, and the approval and obtaining of permits from government agencies.

Together with Aurora Industrial Services, the group delivers EPC construction of industrial facilities and takes on centralised procurement, logistics and warehousing. The client gets a single contractor: from design solutions and documentation to construction and installation works and facility handover — backed by FSSA's staffing capacity, which supplies the project with engineers and skilled trades.

How we work

Brief and assessment. We study the client's task, the input data and the requirements for the facility.
Design and permits. We prepare design solutions and documentation, get them approved and obtain permits.
Procurement and logistics. We purchase equipment and materials and deliver and store them until installation.
Construction and installation. We carry out the work with our own staffing and quality control.
Handover. We prepare as-built documentation and hand the facility over to the client.

The advantages of a single contractor

When design, procurement, construction and personnel are in one pair of hands, the client does not have to coordinate several contractors or work out who is responsible for a delay. The group is responsible for the facility as a whole — from design solutions to handover — and FSSA's staffing capability covers the project with engineers and trades without a separate tender for personnel.

The group's experience

Group companies have taken part in turnarounds at TCO, KPO and Dunga facilities, the completion of TCO's Future Growth Project, commissioning at a copper complex (Bozshakol / Aktogay) and the construction of the Abu Dhabi Plaza skyscraper. The group has implemented management systems to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
