Personal data processing policy

This policy describes how FSSA (the “operator”) collects and processes personal data of candidates and website visitors.

What data we collect

Surname, first name and patronymic, contact details (phone, e-mail), and information from the attached CV (education, work experience, skills and other data you provided yourself).

Purposes of processing

Reviewing your application for a vacancy, contacting you, maintaining a candidate database for future suitable vacancies, and handling enquiries from the website.

Who data is shared with

For processing purposes, data may be transferred to service providers, including outside the Republic of Kazakhstan:

• cloud storage infrastructure — within the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• e-mail delivery service — European Union;
• AI-based automatic CV analysis service — United States of America.

Transfers are based on your consent. Data is not sold to third parties; only anonymised analytical indicators may be shared.

Automated processing

Artificial intelligence is used only to recognise and structure CV text. Hiring decisions are made by a human recruiter; there is no automatic rejection without a specialist involved.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or anonymisation (withdrawal of consent and the “right to be forgotten”), as well as restriction of processing — except for data the operator is required to keep by law. To do so, send a request to info@fssa.kz.

Retention period

Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn; data subject to mandatory retention by law is kept for the periods it establishes.
