Personnel Mobilisation

Personnel mobilisation is the full cycle of getting specialists to site: medical examinations, occupational health and industrial safety training, document processing, logistics to the field, accommodation and support throughout the rotation. FSSA mobilises personnel for Kazakhstan's largest projects — Tengiz, Karachaganak, Karabatan — and knows the operators' and contractors' requirements for permits, certificates and deadlines. We plan arrivals around the 15/15 and 28/28 rotational schedules, coordinate transport and accommodation, and check every specialist's readiness to start — so the project gets its people on time and without downtime. For the employer this means one contractor and one point of accountability instead of a chain of approvals; for the specialists, an organised departure and support on site.
