Recruitment in Kazakhstan is the core service of the FSSA recruitment agency, provided since 2007. We fill vacancies for oil-and-gas, construction, industrial and IT companies: from single engineer and supervisor positions to entire project teams. Our search draws on a proprietary candidate database built over years of work in Atyrau, Aktau, Aksai, Aktobe and Astana, as well as professional platforms and industry channels — which lets us reach specialists who are not actively looking. We assess every candidate on experience, qualifications, references and documents, and once they start work we support their onboarding and stay in touch with the employer. We work in clear stages — request, search strategy, assessment, the specialist's start — and are accountable for the result at each one.
