On 18 September, FSSA celebrated Recruiter's Day — the professional holiday of the people who search for and select staff every day (across the CIS it is marked on 20 September). To mark the occasion, the FSSA team congratulated the recruitment department with an awards ceremony and a corporate team-building event.
Recruitment is one of the company's core areas: FSSA recruiters work with candidates every day, help specialists find new career opportunities and staff a range of projects.
How FSSA celebrated Recruiter's Day
The team thanked colleagues for their professionalism and contribution to the company, and members of the recruitment department received certificates of honour recognising their work and achievements. One of the brightest moments of the day was a metre-long cake prepared especially for the recruiters.
Team-building for the team
As part of the celebration, a team-building session was organised for the recruitment department. The activities let colleagues spend time together outside the usual workflow, talk in an informal setting and strengthen how the team works together.
