Reports to: WS Field Operations Manager
Job Location: Dunga oilfield

Job Responsibilities:
Day to day duties may vary according to business needs. The following are typical:
• Control implementation of workover operations according to the approved workover operations program.
• Control and coordinate the activities of all contractors and personnel involved in workover operations.
• Perform technical supervision of all special machinery and equipment involved in workover operations.
• Take part in equipment maintenance check, reject and write off the pulled equipment as tubing, sucker rods, parts of insert pump, electrical submersible pump etc.
• Perform acceptance of newly arriving equipment and tracking for the stock of workover equipment.
• Draw up daily and consumption reports on workover operations.
• Participate in reviewing causes of accidents at well workover and develop arrangements for their prevention and provision of occupational safety.
• Explore the best domestic and foreign practice in the field of workover operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor safety code and stick conformity to the company safety engineering standards for handling workover operations.
• WoRoK up reports based on established forms and indices.
• Execute orders and arrangements of his immediate supervisors as related to his job duties promptly and with due accuracy.
• Control implementation of Rigless operations according to the approved operations program, Company procedures and international standards.
• Control and coordinate the activities of all contractors and personnel involved in Rigless operations.
• Develop instructions, procedures, guidelines, participate in technical evaluation during tender process and etc. as per request;
• Take part in the inventory of the material in the Company's Warehouse.
• Carry out inspection, counting of materials in the Company's warehouse related to the field of well maintenance.
Workover Supervisor bears responsibility for:
• For non-fulfilment (improper fulfilment) of duties stipulated by the present job description within the scope identified by the RK labour legislation.
• For non-compliance with HSE & Fire rules, adopted by the employer and established by the RK legislation.
• For non-observance of labour discipline, conditions of individual labour contract.
• For causing material damage within the scope stipulated by labour, criminal and civil legislation of the RK.
• Refrain from disclosing to other employees and other people confidential information (official and/or commercial secret).
• Use entrusted company property (technical assets: PC, Mobile phone, car, etc) according to its intended purpose and keep it accordingly.
• Driving of Company vehicle in order to fulfill the work duties.
• The Employee is obliged to drive and use Company’s car solely with purpose and during performing his basic job duties.
• Compiles with and carries out requirements of the Employer’s act, road traffic rules, and other requirements of the RoK Legislation (including Labor) and the Employer’s acts in Health, Safety and Environment.
• Keeps the car clean.
• Undergoes pre-shift medical examination and random testing.
• Cares with respect to the Employer’s property.
• The Employee shall be personally responsible under the RoK Law for violations of the RoK Law in road traffic and the Employer’s acts. Penalties shall be paid by the Employee himself at his own expense in a timely manner and a receipt shall be submitted to the Employer within 3 calendar days after the payment.
Must know:
• User rules for IT equipment.
• Labor legislation, operational sanitary rules, fire protection requirements.
Safety Responsibilities:
• Know and follow Company Safety Commitments.
• Know and follow all Company HSE policies and procedures.
• Act in compliance with Safety rules mentioned in the Employee Handbook.
• Drive an incident free environment by being a role model in all situations and in everyday activities.
• Contribute to development and execution of a safe workplace by intervening when observing unsafe situations, sharing ideas and near misses honestly and openly.
• Show due regard for health, safety, security and environmental requirements.
• Know safety rules and technical regulations for the use of electrical equipment.
• Transportation is affecting all employees and attention shall be drawn toward safe behavior as passenger and/or driver. You must follow the Operational Safety Procedure for Road Safety.
Qualification requirements
Mandatory:
• Higher technical or middle specialized education.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in workover operation.
• To have driver license (B category).
Advantage:
• Experience in SAP is plus.
• English language skills are plus.
• MS Office skills.
• Communication and leadership skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity and trustworthiness.
• To have IWCF level 4 certificate.
