The "FSSA" command
Director of the Almaty branch of the company "FSSA" Zhania Kulumzhanova: "Don't collect the good ones, choose the best ones!" - these words of the famous business coach Zheksen Vasilyevich Dzhalkibayev really inspire me to create the best team in Almaty. To bring this idea to life, the Almaty Branch of "FSSA" began to conduct master classes, trainings on networking, skill development, expertise and setting common goals. We believe that this is the only way success comes. We stimulate motivated people, not the other way around. We choose like-minded people: those who develop, read books and achieve goals.
The team and team building for us is:
1. Clearly defined common goal
2. Common values, because people are selected by values
3. Big projects. They inspire people, because people are attracted not only by money, strong people are attracted by interesting projects, a big mission, large-scale goals, steep challenges.
4. Experts in their field.
Team building is not a tug of war, a game of balls and jumping in a bag. I repeat — this is a clearly set goal, these are like-minded people.
If the team loves football, it means they have ambitions to become world champions, and we are ready to become champions in the largest cities of Almaty and Astana.
Many years of experience have allowed me to develop several rules for selecting the best employees, which I am ready to share:
First and most importantly: if in doubt, don't take it! Be sure to use the Myersk Briggs test to determine the type of personality. All the best are united by the early start of work, the first money earned from school and student life. And they themselves paid for their studies at the university or studied for free, and also worked as students. The candidate must have energy, interpersonal understanding (the ability to feel people, empathy), goal orientation, self–control, love of reading, desire for self-development - participation in trainings, master classes.
I need people of order, not chaos, those who studied well at school, as well as those who have experience in difficult situations, and a decent way out of the crisis!
