• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Leading preparation of various projects management tools: AWPs, Request for Proposals, EoIs, TORs, due diligence, agreements. • Ensuring resource availability and allocation. • Developing a detailed project plan to track progress. • Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. • Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
